Welcome new joiners, it might benefit new joiners if they are given some pointers / instructions when they join.

- Like the number of internal messages is limited to maximum 5 per day.

- Be careful when posting direct ebay product links as these can be seen as advertising.

Any addresses containing /itm/ are frowned upon.

I am sure there might be other important bits to be aware of, I like to invite moderators and admin to add to this thread or pointers.

Cheers

Teekay

Internal messaging is increased to 20 per day. The limits are to stop bots spamming all the member base. It's for your security. However, I will look at group upgrades for more regular members that will remove these limits and opens up community functionality.

As for a list, I could be here all day and would be a good bedtime reading if we listed everything. However, the software will inform you of any restrictions or limits and always listen to feedback.

Also the community is still in it's infancy and there are always going to be teething issues with any new community, so bear with us.

Cheers

👍We don't need to do this is one go but good to have a landing page that can be updated as we go along

we have changed the restriction and have set up a group promotion for regular members. Once a member hits a certain number then group promotion changes your status and less restrictions applied.
