I am about to service my Alphard 2005 before going on holiday. Can anyone advise what type of oil does my Alphard need. Is it  fully synthetic or part synthetic?

Also I would like to know the spark plug spacing.

SL5W 30, SL5W 20, SL10W 30 OR SJ10W 30.

4.7L FOR V6, 4.3 FOR 2.4L, INCLUDING OIL FILTER
