My screenshot above is 11.6 inches. A few shops in Thailand offers it. This is how it looks https://www.thaicar-accessories.com/2024/01/06/จอ-android-toyota-alphard-anh20/  I don't know if they ship to UK though, it's an offline shop with facebook page.

 

15 inches was mentioned by Voodoo101, I have not seen one myself.
