Help!  I have a 2004 Alphard hybrid, which I have had for 4 years and never missed a beat.  However, I think one of the batteries has an issue and it needs a hybrid service. It has also developed and issue where the traction alarm randomly seems to go off when turning slightly.  Have been told it may be the solenoids in the steering rack or linked to a failing hybrid battery.  Can anyone recommend a somebody who knows there stuff serving an Alphard and specifically a hybrid and ideally in or near Kent?  Thanks.
