Hello,

I’m a newbie, just signed up. Can someone help me please? I am seriously considering buying an Alphard Executive Lounge, but I have one problem! Is it possible to eradicate the Japanese voice that I am hearing all the time that is obviously prompting with instructions? As a non Japanese speaker, I know it will drive me up the wall.

Is it as simple as changing the radio, or is it something more complicated?
