Afrasiab Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 Does anyone know, why the back door opening button not working on the key remote of my Toyota Alphard 2012 ANH20W
Afrasiab Posted April 7, 2023 Author Posted April 7, 2023 Does it mean these button wouldn’t work on my Alphard 2012?
anotherdom Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 It could mean you don’t have a power back door(?), or if you do that the remote has been replaced.

It seems to me you need to get the correct key fob(s) and get them professionally programmed. I assume you have fitted a new battery for the side door to work ?
Afrasiab Posted April 7, 2023 Author Posted April 7, 2023 Thanks for your support and response. Got the remote key working..
Chris.ac Posted April 8, 2023 Posted April 8, 2023 Do you mean the sliding doors? Or the actual back door/boot/luggage hatch? That remote does not have a back door button on it. If you mean the sliding doors, your ecu may be set to double click, long press or single click and may need to unlock drivers door first.
Afrasiab Posted April 10, 2023 Author Posted April 10, 2023 Thanks Chris for your response, yes are right. I wasn’t pressing it down for long enough. It’s working now. Do you know how we can change the display language from Japanese to English? Thanks for ur support. Afrasiab

Afrasiab Depends on headunit, some are the models used on exports, others are japanese market only. Post image of headunit
