Delayed Shift in Drive

I tend to experience a situation were I shift the car in drive but it delays to Start moving. It also jerks when i step onnthe gas pedal then it starts moving. So after browsing the Internet I intend to clean the Shift Solenoid first before trying anything else.

 

Kindly asking if someone can help me with the exact location of the Shift solenoid and advice on other diagnostic steps I can take for the alphard.

Check the oil level first, low oil will do similar things in an automatic box
