eric140253
The driver's side sliding door on my 06 Alphard MG has started moving very slowly. It won't move when the remote button is pressed, and only, grudgingly, with some effort from me, both when closing & opening. The motor seems fine, so I think it's a mechanical issue. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? Check the obstruction sensor for cleanliness.
Alph-bard
Maybe grease the mechanism? Or you may want to look into the recess on the rear panel where the runner slides. Tge cable sheath may be warn and needs replaced. Mine is like that.
