Good afternoon everyone,

Grea to be a Toyota Alphard owner very happy.

I have a question which am finding really difficult to find an answer to.....

Can anyone advise when the cam belt needs to be changed on the above vehicle?

Does anyone know anyone that can carry out this work, everywhere I have contacted have said that they have no idea on how it is done, or I get no sorry we can't do that or can't help.

It's the same engine that is in the Lexus RX350 however Lexus have drawn a blank, Toyota have no idea, so as you can see it's now getting a bit frustrating. 😕

or is it a chain so this is why no one knows how to do it.

please can anyone help me.

Hello Rob,

Welcome to the Forum.

I think you'll find your cam belt will never need changing; you haven't got one.

The cams are chain driven.
