Side mirror retraction motor permanently on

Hi,

 

Out of the blue my right side mirror has started making a constant noise.  Sounds like the motor that retracts the motor is stuck open.  I guess it will need replacing but in the meantime I believe I can just disconnect the wires, only problem is out on the 10 or so on the plug I am not sure which are the mirror retraction ones, anyone know?
