Hi! My alphard makes a screaming sound when I put the key in and turn it one turn, so not turning it over! It sounds very electrical and it also happens when I’m just going along as well! It stops after about one mile! Need help

Is the heating/aircon/blowers on when you start? Might be a fan bearing, or just some dust stuck in a fan somewhere. Is it definitely from under the bonnet or could it be in the dash?
