If you can't get it started you should call them and discuss what action they will take. A conversation with Trading Standards and Citizens Advice before you do may be beneficial.
Jeza Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Hi, did you have any caution / warning lights on the instrument panel? I had 6 months on the van, 12 months on the conversion and 5 years warranty on the HV battery on my van from them. No problem fixing the battery after 4 years. 1
Warren Posted February 12 Author Posted February 12 Thanks all- yes they have offered to repair under the warranty

smurf Posted February 13 Posted February 13 It is probably worth checking the oil level in the gearbox, even if it is just out of curiosity before it gets taken for repair. Low oil level in a CVT gearbox can cause all sorts of running problems.
