Hello. 

A little clip from a van mirror has smashed the little led indicator strip on my off side wing mirror. The led's still work. Just the plastic is smashed. 

Any thoughts on how I replace this?

hello yours was never fitted with indicator lens out of the factory so unable to get you any part no.s these have been added as a add on in japan if you can find a reg no. with some fitted i will look at again for you.

I think the glass is cracked rather than smashed. So may be able to do a repair. I think half the glass has fallen into the wing mirror casing.

I too have the same issue with a van hitting me after he decided to take the corner in the middle of the road. I am trawling the net and can I find an actual part number for this lens, no way! I can find lens for every other Toyota known to man! My reg is ME06 CNF. Its a 2006 petrol. auto. AH10.

 

Does anyone know the part number for this type or where I could get one without buying a whole WM. You would think someone would make them still or sell them as spares or knock offs. Would any other indicator fit as happy to change both sides for an LED version off Ali express or somewhere if 1/5th price of a WM.

I too have a cracked/broken lens see photo,indicator still working.

Do I have to replace whole mirror, any second ones available or can the lense be replaced on its own trying to keep costs down.Any help appreciated colour silver passenger side Alphard 2.4 2007
