Both of my brand new Alphard captain seat remote suddenly says

 

Remote is not connected to the vehicle. Operation is restricted 

 

Not sure why this happened and how to fix it. Any suggestions? Screen shot attached

Welcome to the Forum.

 

With such a young, brand new, vehicle take it back to the dealers and have it fixed under warranty.

 

There will be very few owners in the UK with a vehicle so new.
