Replacing front o/s window outer weatherstrip

Hi all,

I've noticed the outer lower weatherstrip between glass and front o/s door has hardened and snapped at one end. I'm able to source a replacement, but wondered what the procedure is for stripping the door panelling off / moving glass in order to gain access.

Have any forum members who've taken on this task be able to give any tips please? Thanks
