Got a 2/32 android 11 Chinese unit in my vellfire.

 

No matter what I do including factory reset the android auto is awful, it was fine but no longer, wired or wireless it's rubbish, disconnects constantly.

 

Anyone got a recommendation for a decent unit with stable AA connection. Post links, cheers dudes.

I've found it is most likely to be the mobile device itself that is the problem, rather than the headunit. 

 

What phone brand do you have? Some have quite aggressive memory management.

Pixel 5 then pixel 8. It's not the phone. Zero issues on either of the other wireless android auto vehicles in the house
