Hi, I have made a short video while repairing my 2003 Alphard heater air blend door actuator by replacing the tracked disk within the unit. Hope it helps if you have a noisy or intermittent actuator.

Great video. I'm struggling to remove the three screws holding the actuator in place and worrying that even when out, I'll find out impossible to put them back. I'm using a mini socket set to access to get past the parking brake. Any tips?
