Hi could anybody give me some advice on removing sliders from  track on series 10 thanks 

Hi just removed all mine I think they are all the same on all models. 

After removing seats remove the plastic end caps on the runners then remove the carpets the plastic guides along the runners just pull of, at the side of the runners there a some bolts evenly spaced out not sure but are about 8mm I managed to remove them without removing all the sound proofing.

at one end on each track there is a small bolt located in the rail that holds the steel end cap on, the runner then can be removed by just sliding it out.
