Hi some nice citizen crashed into my alphard and drove away while I was shopping so my rear bumper is knackered. I’ve seen one for sale on eBay it’s listed as a 2004 bumper but it looks identical to mine

 

my question is are the 04 -06 rear bumpers the same fit?

If it looks the same then it more than likely is as the shell/chassis is the same it was just the style that changed depending on model, e.g. AS, MS, you can check in the link for part numbers amayama.com
