Can someone please suggest a Alphard specialist garage or mobile mechanic near Heathrow? I want my Alphard to have a full service and differential + gearbox oil changed.

Try Ex(clusiv)Motors, Uxbridge, formerly Japanese MPV Specialists. They should know someone nearby.
