Hi folks, I am having a problem with the drivers side passenger door. It is unlocking but not moving with the key fob button and the dashboard button. This is happening on both opening and closing. Also same using the internal lever on the door. Works O.K. using the external door handle. Any advice please, thanks Pete. Sorry I have posted in wrong place, it's not hybrid.

I had similar to this once- was the child lock. It is a small lever recessed  in the door card near the internal door handle- there may be a sticker in English and Japanese next to it. Just flip it the opposite way.
