andyc Posted Thursday at 01:40 PM Posted Thursday at 01:40 PM Looking for replacement driveshafts on a 3lt 2003 Alphard. Toyota want £1000 for each one A company called J&R Trading advertising them for less than £200 the pair. Their reviews are not good though. Has anyone bought from them. Can you recommend them or any other company?

IF the shaft is not bent or the balance weight is not missing, then you can get new cv joints for either end, check ebay or autodoc, jdmcarparts also do them see link https://jdmcarparts.co.uk/product-category/toyota-parts/toyota-alphard-ah10/
PZsurf Posted Friday at 01:21 PM Posted Friday at 01:21 PM Hi Complete unit, if you need it, genuine Toyota parts, from Amayama in Japan at around £350.00. Usually 2-4 weeks delivery. I have used them many times, always respond to emails etc. Just had rear axle bushes, maf & O2 sensors & resonator delivered from them with no issues. Saved £££. Just log on and enter VIN number. Full schematics on the order form, so very easy.

andyc Posted Friday at 02:17 PM Author Posted Friday at 02:17 PM What company did you buy the good ones from ?
Picasso Posted Friday at 02:29 PM Posted Friday at 02:29 PM andy just sent you a private message with there details
PZsurf Posted Friday at 08:57 PM Posted Friday at 08:57 PM Hi Picasso I was under the impression that Amayama only supplied genuine Toyota parts.. I have only ever received parts in seemingy genuine Toyota/Lexus packaging. I wasn't even aware they were on Ebay as I order direct...Am I being screwed over? I certainly would prefer a good uk supplier.
andyc Posted Friday at 09:00 PM Author Posted Friday at 09:00 PM Pzsurf don't worry I think Picasso was referring to J&R trading who I commented on earlier in the post
