Hey guys,

my Vellfire has a problem.

My complete illumination of all switches is not working.

Radio, climate control, gear indicator and all switches arround the steering wheel are dark.

I checked all fuses in all 4 fuseboxes.

All fuses are ok.

Do someone has an idea?

The illumination dosent work since i bought the Vellfire, but now i saw an other vellfire with same production year.

This car has the complete illumination.

I hopesomeone can help me to fox the problem.

I can't offer any advice but I have a similar issue except it's just the two rows of buttons under the touch screen on my headunit that don't light up.

I found the problem yesterday evening.

One side of the panel fuse socket was pushed Out through the fuse box.

So the fuse got No correct contact.

So my complete illumination ist working.

@Jimmympv i think your problem can be the radio itself or a loose cable at the Back of the radio.

If all other Illumination ist working, i think the fuse ist ok.

Whats the fabrication year of your car?

I’ve got a 2012 Alphard, radio has 56107 on the front

Looks Like the small Version without Navigation.

I only have a second Radio with Navigation out of a 2008 Vellfire
