Anyone had/having a good experience with them? .....I ordered a manual (Vellfire 2020) and a Mr McCarthy seemed friendly enough.

This was January 23rd 2026........ I have whatsapped & emailed for an update without success. I have sent a final request for an email update with the notice that If I do not hear back, I will just ask Visa to deal with it and refund the $$$

anyone shed any light on JPNZ, they seemed legit?

JPNZ are legit.

I know the importer of JPNZ manuals to the UK. I only know him as Lee.

I did become aware that JPNZ had been some Copyright issues with Toyota.

I am not aware whether they were resoleved, or not.

I'll contact Lee and get an update.
