Hello All, Anyone had/having a good experience with them? .....I ordered a manual (Vellfire 2020) and a Mr McCarthy seemed friendly enough. This was January 23rd 2026........ I have whatsapped & emailed for an update without success. I have sent a final request for an email update with the notice that If I do not hear back, I will just ask Visa to deal with it and refund the $$$ anyone shed any light on JPNZ, they seemed legit? Thanks

Hello All, We drive on the left here too! Alphards & Vellfires are popular here with the Tourist/Hotel transfer drivers. I imported a 2020 Vellfire for personal use, I am originally from the UK and am looking to discuss upgrades or parts etc I also can import from the UK Regards David
