Following some good advice I received on here about making sure I knew where I could get my Alphard serviced / repaired before buying. Can anyone provide details of trusted Alphard service/repair garages in or near CV9 postcode area please?

Hello one and all. I'm hoping to become the owner of an Alphard campervan. The vehicle appears to have necessary paperwork. Original Japan registration 2004, mileage 63000 miles. MOT this March and there were advisories regarding subframe pins showing wear. See attached MOT Certificate. Should I be worried about this? Where on a scale of 1 - 10, would you say my concern should be?
