  1. Oh wow, thank you! That is exactly what I'm looking for. Many thanks for that 😁. It does indeed show the water pump, so that's my job for tomorrow morning sorted!
  2. Hi David Ok, thanks for looking anyway. Peter
  3. So this job is an ongoing saga. I eventually found the AC amplifier on top of the heater box near the radio, but you have to remove the top part of the dashboard to access it. This was found to have 3 blown diodes, I mean like exploded! I sourced another second hand AC amplifier, which has restored my command signal to the compressor (A pulse width modulation signal to the pressure control solenoid on the rear of the compressor), but the compressor still doesn't work. My customer is now trying to source a second hand compressor so that we can hopefully see this job through to fruition. One day....
  4. Hi David I'm trying to locate a wiring diagram for the cooling system on a 2005 ANH10 Alphard Hybrid. I have an issue with the inverter coolant pump and need to know what controls it. Is this something you can help with? Many thanks Peter
  5. Thanks for your reply. I had come across this diagram online. It's just a shame it isn't a little more specific as to where exactly this unit is fitted. I guess it's above the heater box somewhere, so it looks like I'll be removing the dash next. Great...
  6. Hi all This has been a very long saga, but to keep things as brief as possible, I've been investigating an AC fault on this 2005 Alphard Hybrid for quite a while and it looks like there may be a fault with the AC amplifier. Basically, the voltages going to the inverter converter from this amplifier as non existent. I've checked it all out against another vehicle with working AC to confirm this. All of these voltages come from the AC amplifier (see photo) but I have no idea where this is located in the vehicle. Any ideas? The fault code I've retrieved from the climate control panel (code 98) reports communication error between inverter and hybrid control ECU. This is a generic description, so I don't really think it is helping a great deal. As a result of this, the AC compressor is not activating. I have really struggled to find any technical information for this vehicle, so any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.
