    hello. I am thinking of purchasing a toyota Alphard 3lt v6 2003 from a friend. it will be used as a everyday vehicle and a camper/day van. I am a little worried about overall running costs eg insurance, servicing,fuel etc. I realise I am speaking to the converted but any advice to reduce my worries
