Have you tried ebay? I tried 12v, 16w, W2.1 and got several choices. Thanks for the photo, but it is difficult to see the clear bulb behind the clear plastic packaging. Good Luck.

Hello Lucy, Surely all you need is a spare brake light bulb, in red ? Try Halfords.

Toyota Super Long-Life ; viscosity 30 percent. protection to minus 12 degree (should be enough. 8 litres. Should be available from any Toyota dealer. I am sure other members will suggest cheaper alternatives.

Hi Alan, Mains voltage here varies from 220 to 240. I'm not an electrician, but domestic supply is well over 10 Amps; closer to 30 is my guess Some campsites offer mains hook ups; known as EHU. Different sites have differing maximum current. These EHU points are common in converted vans. I have an EHU, with 5 off 240v outlets throughout the Van. And a similar number of 12v outlets from a leisure battery. I am not sure what House Battery is; but I assume a Leisure battery. As 240v can be lethal it is essential that anyone wiring your van must be competent (and well insured in case of mishap). Comparatively speaking, a 12V leisure set up is straight forward but does need expertise as a split charging relay needs to be fitted. ANY wiring passing through metal panels must be suitably protected and insulated. I know Melbourne is a tiny place; but you must have some expertise nearby. Check out any American RV outfits. I don't use an inverter; but know they can work. A small quiet generator may be worth considering too. 10 Amps is a lot of current; suggest you check what Oz campsites provide. Good Luck

Hello Paula, Welcome to the Forum. I have charged my battery several times, and had to reset the windows. Never had the beeping you mention though. Hopefully another member can suggest a fix.

Hello Joanna, It would appear you have the seats as per the Video that Neil so helpfully included. I have included another here, which may be also helpful. So we need to establish whether your seats(s) is broken, or just that you have not yet figured out how to operate it properly. I have a seven seater, with different seats, but do just so happen to have a single swivelling seat in my garage. Both these videos show that the slider movement is released (and relocked) by the lever at the front of the seat. From your description you appear to have full functionality except for the relocking function. Am I right ? The only help I can offer is to suggest some small jiggling of the seat position and waggling of the lever in the hope that the seats will find a locking position. It is possible that that both seat mechanisms are broken; but that, to me, seems very unlikely as they are independent of each other. It could be the rails, but as both seats are mounted on independent rails; that seems very unlikely also. If all else fails, the seats can be removed for inspection quite easily, but they are very heavy. Just four coach bolts for each. I'll check my seat in the garage, and my copy of the JPNZ Owners Manual (which you should get if your don't have one already).

Hi Guys, Are we referring to the two middle row seats (Captains seats) or the two and a half seats (as shown in the video) ? There were several seating options. My conclusion is that you do not have the same options fitted. It is ot clear from Joanna's question which option she has in her van. So, Joanna, do you have a seven seater or an eight seater ?

Welcome to the Forum. A radio frequency expander will give you most, but not all, UK channels. The expanders are available with various frequency ranges, so a little care is needed. You need to remove the facia, and it's a rats nest behind there. I think you need to find a 12v supply too. Some of the members will have done this small (and cheap, 20 pounds or so) upgrade. Hopefully they can provide more detail. There are threads on here regarding removing the facia. Ccare is needed with the Hold button switch.

Hello Joanna, I have a later version than you; but find it difficult to believe that Toyota would engineer your seats this way. Are you sure the seats are fully locked when in the seatback upright position; but unlocked when the seat backs are lowered ? If so, hopefully other members can help you out with advice. Have you had the van for long. Or are you just JoKing ? Sorry, couldn't resist !
