sounds the hose may have detached it self from the other end you would have thought there be a damp patch some where

hello open drivers side sliding door where light is above your head there is 2 buttons one says door make sure is not pressed in this will turn off all lights in the back when you open any of the 2 rear doors including tailgate you will need to deativate the front courtesy light in the front 2 stop lights coming on on front doors picture atatched

The AncelJP700 will read codes if engine light on but if you want to do a full diagnostic with out the light on you will need techstream software

There should be a dip stick there is one on my 3.0 I'm sure some one will be able to tell you where it is

The heat exchanger is up inside the dash board

all cat cleaners reconmend full tank never done me any harm what you need to remeber it dilutes it so thats why i always say at least a quarter tank ok if your not having emissions problems full tank ok

I agree with bignev I have helped a few members on here having same issues with emissions use a bottle of cat cleaner about a quarter tank of petrol and give it a good hard drive it makes a difference I put a bottle in mine every month on a 3.0 v6 and never had a problem with emissions very rare you need a new cat then try a different garage for your mot I had my cats changed because they was stolen when it was having a engine build 6 months ago I paid about £400 each brand new from America and it was quick shipping if you need link let me know .
