Hello steve worth a go get a bottle of k-seal and put it direct in the radiator let the engine run for 10 minuits this stuff is brilliantit fills any small holes in metal you got nothing to loose trying it bmw used to put a bottle in every new engine built its great stuff almost works straight away i carry a bottle incase of emergencys

hello james sorry your having bad look at the moment have you tried have a smoke test not sure if thats what its called in the car see if there is any places where it might seep out of the sealed vehicle .
