    Hi. I'm new to Alphard ownership and I've been lurking in the forum for a while. It's great. I noticed my V has a clonking noise in the slack movement of the steering, I've watched a few YouTube videos from Japan, and it points at the steering rack. Had anyone had any experience of this, and is there a specialist service place in Essex you could recommend? Many thanks.
