Hi Aestivator, I recently replace my sliding door cable and had a similar issue. I removed the door cover again and the cause was one "end of the Bowden cable wasn't seated correctly in its cup" . It was only out by 3 to 4 mm but enough to make the door noisy and stop working correctly. I seated the end of the cable into its cup and it did the trick. Hope this helps.

What a brilliant day out. Met some lovely people and all the vans were great. Really enjoyed the convoy. Got some good advice too. I look forward to the next one.

I am very interested in an Alphard meet. Possibly Join a convoy, Sounds good fun. Don't think my Alphard Camper is shiny enough but I like looking at others who keep theirs pristine.
