  1. Main dealers will generally be a lot more expensive than a small independent, that much we all know, my advice would be to do a bit of research and find a reputable trustworthy garage and stick with them.
  2. Interesting, as that's how ours operates, the leisure battery is on constant charge via the solar, which in turn charges the main battery, which we never switch off, obviously you must have a slightly different system to ours. Good luck with solving the conundrum.
  3. So just to be clear, you have a leisure battery and solar?, I have the exact same, doesn't your leisure battery excess power your main battery?.
  4. Please let the forum know how you resolve the issue Hillclimber.
  5. What would the good folk in this club do without Picasso?.
  6. Definitely check out conversion companies, North Star told us they throw them out by the skipload.
  7. My first thought would be Jap Auto parts.
  8. Glad they were of use.
  9. Haven't seen any updates on the meet up for this year, unfortunately we were unable to attend this one so just wondering how it went.
  10. That's very useful info guys, handy to know.
  11. Have to agree with Rojie, as you live on the IOW, take a visit to Northstar and have a chat with them, outstanding company in all things Alphard.
  12. Hi Phil, we have a 2003 Alphard with rear conversion, our mattress is a Vango 75cm self inflating purchased from Amazon, and I can confirm it's very comfortable.
  13. Still, the extra length would be nice 😃
  14. The big problem here is everyone who gets a conversion done ends up with seats that seemingly nothing can be done with, and as you say, they are quality, I also have two rear seats left over and I'm hoping at some point to make a base for them to fit on and use in our Summer house.
