  1. Polishing would clear the scratches and most of the yellowing but not the tiny cracks. These lens looks like a possibility. Removing the headlamp is straightforward. Can’t remember how they are sealed together. 🤔
  2. I don’t believe you could buy only the outer lens. They come as a complete unit. I will be very interested if only the lens could be replaced. Mine have tiny cracks likely due to aging. Please share your findings. 🙌
  3. Cool! I’m in Vancouver. Call Dynamic Performance in Richmond ask for Edwin. Their service and prices are great. If you are DIY they can order the parts only.
  4. https://m.autopartspro.co.uk/toyota-carparts/alphard-ath1-mnh1-anh1/22987/10130/brake-pad-set are you in UK? Pretty easy to find them. I change all the rotors and pads last fall to Akebono in Canada here.
  5. Just break pads and not the rotors?
  6. Would it be easier to just replace with an aftermarket front camera to connect with your aftermarket headunit?
  7. Thanks for sharing the photos!
  8. Next…. Any tips in removing the room lights bulbs in the pillars? Could I getnin from the top or would I need to pull out all the pillars to assess the bulbs?
  9. Ok. So work on removing the cover from these point. Not easy but got it with two tools together to pop it out. See the tabs in my photo. and yes. There are two screw next to the bulbs.
  10. Ok. So work on removing these two cover from these point.
  11. Could anyone point me or provide tips to remove the front overhead console? I pulled the back side (glasses holder) end and it came loose. The windshield side is very tight. Should I be pulling harder down or slide it to one side? What is holding it? Clips or screw somewhere? I can’t seem to find any DYI online 🤔
  12. They reuse the oem reverse and signal bulb sockets. I will order replacement LED bulbs. They are overall brighter! Great fit!
  13. 😅 are we over thinking this? The Alphard is for comfort not track days. 😂 we all should have fresh tires (younger than 10 years) with good amount of tire treads. These tire sizes are relatively affordable.
  14. The ANH15 LED rear lights arrived today. The install was straight forward and I got to clean the insides. Confirmed fitment on the rears. What do you guys think about them?
  15. I have purchased updates headlights unit and tail lights. Just waiting for them from Japan. Will update here after installing. Cheers
