When you replaced the air filter, did all the vacuum lines and hoses go back on? Sorry, asking simpleton questions of someone that's been doing this for years. Just trying to build a picture and eliminate the obvious. My first idea, from you description, was that the parking brake was stuck on, even if you released it, like it had seized. However, does it judder when you're in gear, but stationary, or only when moving?
