Ticking sound before start up 2.4 alphard

Thanks for your input. Ticking/beep sound was coming from cabin area. Sound now seems to have disappeared and everything is working okay. -
This morning before I started the van heard an intermittent ticking sound. Engine started first time ticking sound went off however after a short run switched off engine, key out of ignition intermittent ticking sound started again.
