  1. Thanks The app I'm talking about is MyToyota: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/mytoyota/id1617623127 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.toyota.oneapp.eu And when asked to add a car, the only VIN I could find (similar to your suggestion) was "too short" - it's expecting 14 characters? Could this be due to it not recognising a VIN for an import? We have our Corolla registered - the VIN is (similar to): SBnKnnBEXnEnnnnnn (the"n" denotes a number) But I cannot for the life of me get the Alphard registered? The registration is certainly valid for the number plate, but it is not recognised on the app and I cannot find the VIN for it ...again, perhaps cos it's an import?
  2. Where do we find the VIN? The one we got in the registration is 3 characters short for the MyToyota iPhone app
  3. I know that we don’t - sadly the Alphard hybrid is not on the list
  4. Also not sure how to get the cruise control set 🥹 I could okay but wife (extra car alarm!) doesn’t like it
  5. Just got an Alphard Royal Lounge import (brilliantly converted by NewAcre Leisure) and as my Japanese is not good, I’m trying to register the car in our Toyota app _and_ trying to set up ApplePlay (or similar) on the console.
