  1. I have just fitted the cruise stalk and everything worked including the dash symbol so really happy. I have modified the stalk cover but am looking for a OEM one from a factory fitted cruise stalk but can not locate one anywhere, anyone any ideas?
  2. Old thread I know but I have been concerned with weights on my camper. I have a revenue weight 2,320kg and the handbook gives 1,900Kg as vehicle Mass (Curb weight so assume 420kg payload). Obviously being a conversion I do not know the new curb weight but it would be close to the original even with pop top as you loose the roof metal and sunroof glass and mechanism and the 5 rear seats must be close to the conversion as it is all light materials. Interestingly when shifting through my digital manual I found the attached specification sheet, it gives the following for weights (I used the ANH20 CVT as this was closest to my model) Curb weight front 1045-1055Kg Rear 850-870Kg Total 1895-1925Kg GVW Front 1,140Kg Rear 1,385Kg 2,525Kg I guess the answer is to have the vehicle weighed to find out axel weights in normal operating condition and use the GVW axel weights but keep combined below revenue weight. 3. I downloaded a digital workshop manual from Toyota Alphard Workshop Manual 2008 - 2015 Workshop Manual Workshop Manual Mechanical Service Repair Electrical diagram Workshop manual mechanical service Repair electrical diagram – WORKSHOP MANUAL It cost £8 for download and I can confirm it works. You will get Zipped file and once unzipped you will also need to use browser extension IE Tab as it only runs on IE v6 this will require licence $19 for long term use. The manual is genuine Toyota and very useful as I wanted to check procedure for CVT oil flush and found that the Alphard temp for checking 30-40 Celsius not the 40-45 Celsius as on some videos as these all use Corolla or similar. It also confirms the OBD2 pin links and procedure in detail.
  4. Depends on transmission if you have 2.4 2AZ-FE then at 6 years or 60000Kms. You can do a flush or drop sump and replace filter though this is not absolutely necessary if you change fluid at schedule.
  5. Mildown Campers near Dover excellent service and top notch conversion the owner has a real passion for both the vehicles and the conversion.
  6. Hi, we have just purchased a recently imported 2012 Toyota Vellfire Gen 2 converted by Mildown Campers. So far enjoying the vehicle. Drives well and really smooth ride given base vehicle now 12 years old. We have had many UK Toyotas and hope this will prove as reliable as them. Anyway sure we will have many questions as we go. Regards
