That's correct, use a mattress topper to make up the bed. Updated photos showing seats without seat covers and updated mileage, in kilometers.

The back seats swivel round and fold flat, and the table drops down to make a full size double bed. There is also the pop up roof which can sleep one adult or two small children. There is also drive away awning which gives extra sleeping space.
