Hi, Is this camper still for sale?

Hi I'm new to Alphards and wondered if anyone has come across losing a security code for the central display screen. The previous owner says it wiped the old code when the battery failed. It's a kenwwod model on a 2007 vehicle. Grateful for any advice, thanks.
