Auto unlock

Recommended Posts

If you want a simple setup for windows 10, use a preconfigured virtual machine: another toyota forum has a good working link (the software is also preregisterd for 10years)

All you then need is the cable, no faffing with drivers etc etc

If you want to manually do things, a good write up is here:

Is there any way to stop the doors locking or at least get them to unlock when you stop?!

Search this in YouTube:  Toyota Alphard changing the doors to unlock when put into park.

The doors automatically lock when you reach 10mph. There are two settings for unlocking. one setting will keep the doors locked even after you have put the car into Park and you have to manually unlock the doors, the other setting will unlock the all of the door once you put the car into Park. Turn ignition on. Within 10s, hold down the unlock button on the drivers door for 5s and release. The locks will lock and unlock to acknowledge the setting has changed.
