Using our Alphard as a camper and its great. Does anyone know how to silence the rear sliding door bleepers.

Very annoying in the middle of the night if we have to get out to go to the loo!!

if it comes from the dash then you can't otherwise find the beeper and disconnect the wire.

Hi , I turn of the power slide door in the night and that stops the bleeper. The switch to do that is on the left hand side of the steering wheel if I remember correctly

I don’t know if you have resolved your bleeping issue? I was thinking the same about waking everyone on the campsite. After a few  opening and closings I found that the beeper is actually located inside the door itself......in the bottom front corner above the roller bracket. I popped off the corner of the plastic cover and disconnected the plug from the sounder. I was a little concerned that maybe the central locking or something wouldn’t work but everything seems good.....now the door closes silently 😀😀

Hi Das882, I hate the beeping so have been inspired by your post to have a look. By ‘plastic cover’ do you mean the interior door trim panel? It seems rock solid.

I want to do this too, I think they are talking about the door card/plastic panel, I've got some door clip tools that hopefully will save the clips as they are easily broken and expensive to replace. I'll take some pics when I do it.
