Help please.  What do you do to make the bed comfortable when seats are down to fill in the ridges?  Many thanks Patrick

we use a standard double airbed with a couple of cushions to fill the small dip in the middle row of seats. works a treat 👍

The very best option for comfort is a "Duvalay" mattress- not cheap but very good nights sleep

Hi All

Where do you store the mattress? 4 inces of foam in a double bed must take up a lot of volume in the back?

3 inches of memory foam worked a treat for me as a topper. I got my foam cut to size here.

Hi Nomad,

how well do these roll up to tuck under the seats, not too bulky ?

Cheers

I have a folding mattress which, when folded double, fits exactly under the table of my rear conversion.

I'm looking for another, or will have some made.

I got a self inflating rock n roll bed mattress that is very comfortable. It takes up a bit of space for travelling and was expensive but it's night and day to sleeping straight on the seat cushions.

The frivolous answer is more Guinness !

Am looking for the same thing; leaning towards Duvalay

We have a side conversion from Calder Campers, and we recently purchased  a custom made mattress topper from Duvalay. It’s fantastic. The best sleep in the van so far!
