I've just found this.  Believe me its worth its weight in gold and may have already answered how to get the plastic inlays out of my wheel arches.  Did anyone ever find an English translation?

FYI this is how I converted the above document from an image scan to translatable text.

  • Click 'Add/Update Languages...'
  • Click 'Russian' then 'Install'.
  • Make sure both 'English' and 'Russian' are selected.
  • Select 'All' pages then 'OK' to process the whole document.
  • Do something else for about an hour.
  • After completion, click 'Save'.

Now just select text in the PDF as you would normally and paste into Google Translate:
