Good afternoon, hoping that someone has some ideas regards a problem management lights. After I have been driving for about 5 to 10 minutes the yellow engine light comes on as well as the VCS light as well. I have had the code read with a blue tooth code reader which was PO174, so the O2 sensor for the upper 2nd bank was replaced with a new original part. Once the part was replaced and the code deleted all was fine for 10 to 20 minutes and then the engine lights appeared again. The 2006 3ltr Alphard drives perfectly okay with no other problems.I have checked all the fluides and the caps are all secure, the fuel cap seal was cleaned and the cap is on tight. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what the problem could be. Thanks Barry

Normally, if one goes so does the other one. they can sometimes show up on the wrong bank. might be worth checking the other one also.

I have the same problem , car runs perfectly but as of yet not had the problem fixed .

Hello, just to keep you up dated. I managed to sort the problem out, after checking the O2 module out paying attention to the wiring this was all fine. Sent off for a replacement MAF sensor and changed the old one, on looking at the old one it looked clean and the wiring looked good. Plugged the new one in and drove 300 miles the following week, no more yellow engine lights showing. Hope this helps. Thanks Gruf
