What is the best variant to go for

hi all think about buying Alphard need to no weather to go for a 2.4 or 3.0  or a hybrid or one that has been converted to run on lpg as a 3.0ltr sounds a bit expensive to run 

would like some advice please 

 

also would it be cheaper to buy an uncoverted one and pay to have it converted
