Can anyone please share pictures of your audio system remote control? Thanks!

I've got Toyota premium sound system and TV for middle row. But no remote control. I'm annoyed that the car came this ripped off.

yeah my remote was missing, too.

I did get a small remote that belongs to a missing aftermarket radar/GPS unit.

The remotes are available online, but cost a fair chunk of change, I reckon these are the kind of things that going missing in transit, as small and light and easy to sell.

I have a remote (somewhere!), but not sure what it is for.

I assume the HDD set.

I'll grab a photo tomorrow; but mine is an earlier model.

I have an 11” rear screen and remote but no premium sound system. I have the manual for it too.

Can you identify what model rear screen do you have? In mine the IR receiver is part of the screen assembly.

I also got Alphard 2008 (Ggh20) with Toyota Premium Sound System and rear entertainment system but seems like the remote is missing and previous owner already change the head unit into android one.

Remote was missing from my Alphard too. It’s a 2012 plate with the 18 speaker system. After a long search and some great help from the forum I eventually found the model for my system. I found it for sale in a Japanese auction site and managed to get it bought and shipped to the UK using a middle man. I think in total it cost about £45 to buy it and get it here. Not bad considering new from manufacturer prices were in the region of £250 😂

this isn’t my actual one as it’s in the car and it’s snowing right now.

I've noticed the response on my remote has become a bit laggy.

Has anyone changed the batteries of their remote? I have this model for my 2009 Vellfire.

Is there a certain method of removing this recess? I don't want to be too forceful and break the plastic recess.

Use nail of end of butter knife to move the little section on the left, over to the right.

Then you pull the battery holder out

Cheers, it worked as you described, 👍🏼
