Any suggestions what this warning light means?

Hi all

Any ideas what this orange warning light means please?

Came on intermittently when we were driving yesterday, generally when travelling at lower speeds.

Thanks. Was driving for a couple of hours in 33 degree heat so that would make sense. Cooler today and it hasn’t come on again, but will keep an eye.

Had this warning light on my 2005 hybrid, and sometimes the engine would cut out and I had to wait 10 mins for it to cool down. Found out that there are 2 radiators and cooling systems  - one for the engine and one for the inverter. The problem was solved by having the water pump on the inverter cooling system replaced.
