Kyle13 Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 Hi all, new member here. I pick up my 2005 Alphard on Friday. First and foremost, as a new owner, I'd like to continue being an owner. What's the standard security like on them? Do people recommend any aftermarket alarms etc? Guest Posted October 14, 2020 Share Posted October 14, 2020 Hi Kyle, Only had ours a couple of weeks, still not sure if it has an alarm or not but it beeps on locking and unlocking so perhaps it has. Doesn't appear to have locking wheel nuts but thats a job for another time. Guest Posted October 14, 2020 Share Posted October 14, 2020 (edited) I like it because although you need the key to unlock it you can extend it between the bottom loops of the steering wheel and it self locks.
